Met this guy last night.
Makes arrangements to see me in an hour's time then arrived an hour later than that after asking if there was anything I would like him to bring 'chocolates would be nice' (brought nothing!)
Arrives, sits down tells me he's cold and we sit around for five minutes, ask him for the money and pretends to take offence claiming I'm being rude, ask him a few times and he won't produce it so I asked him to leave.
He speaks poor English and says he lives in Feltham west London area.
Perhaps north African, or other Arab nationality.
