I want to report a serial harrasser.

Names: Jay, Mik
Appearance: 5ft7 ish, beard, short hair, dark, not sure what ethnicity but probably Pakistani, mid 20s, wears dark clothes to meets, scared of dogs.

He has 3 numbers I know of:

Seen him a few times but I stopped seeing him as I didn't like how he was and how he asked for discounts/haggle rates.
He likes licking you and saying I love you which was off-putting.

Started being aggressive after I ignored him multiple times and messaged me on all these numbers with abuse. After blocking him, a new number pops up with abuse.

I genuinely think he has mental health and should be avoided.
