Title: Theft of phone in Gloucester Tattooed guy

This is possibly related to my other post, different guy but might be connected. July 29th. My house in Gloucester. Man about 45 ginger or brown hair blue eyes. Started with Manchester accent but it slipped into London SouthEast accent. Bulky legs and thighs, tiny penis.  Scar on left leg bulldog tattoo with Freddie on his calf. Rose tattoo on hand.  Other tattoos all over. Made excuse to go out to his car, realised phone was gone. Drove off at speed.  078023606**
