This was July 23rd in my house in Gloucester. Stocky build, blue eyes, mousy blonde hair, shorts and flip flops. Age around 45. Had a large cross tattooed on his back, possibly with a set of scales and the word Justice. While back was turned due to a distraction in the house he took the £80 he had paid.
