Saw him once and he was a bit odd. Moaned about how far away parking was (3 minutes walk!). Asked for services he admitted he knew weren't on offer, and hygiene wasn't great due to the fact that he's massively obese. Since then he's become a professional timewaster (plenty of reports elsewhere too), culminating in him cancelling 10 minutes before time today with the good old 'had a car crash on the way to the booking' text (as if we don't get that one all the time). Absolute chump. Think he likes to turn up the first time so you'll think he's genuine, in order to waste your time later on. Get a deposit, or just don't even bother.
