So a guy that I've previously seen before for an overnight has seen me again on Thursday 20th Dec and has not paid.

The first time he booked an overnight he arrived around 1am. He paid for a couple of hours and said he'd like to stay the night but he would pay the rest in the morning. I consulted a friend about this and we decided that I wasn't doing much and wasn't gonna take any more bookings for the night so why not? So the morning time comes and his cousin has come to pick him up but has also come to give me the money as promised. Everything went fine I got my money, he left. This was around 2 months ago.

So fast forward to this Thursday he does the same thing: he booked for an hour then said he will pick up the money and bring it to me later the next day. So the booking went fine he does coke which was fine with me. We stay up for ages talking/having sex. So in the morning (around 12 noon more like) I wake him and he's promised to be back with the money as he's tired (we did stay up for most of the night) but won't be til 7/8pm but 9 the latest. At this point I was hesitant but agreed as there's nothing much I can do.

So the evening comes and he's ignoring my texts and calls, he responded after a few messages saying that he was sleeping and that he can't get the money to me. (Btw he said he doesn't use his card and he has someone who deals with his money  ) So I said to him he's fucking me around and he needs to pay me. He delayed it until Friday when again he's ignoring me etc... then I messaged him saying if he doesn't pay me my money I'm going to have to report him for theft. He then instantly replied saying 'so you're gonna call police on me and say I stole it's prostitution'. I said it's still a service that I provided and he hasn't paid so it's stealing. He said he can't get the money today it'll have to be Monday as the person who deals with his money is off for the weekend. At this point I'm mad! I text him saying I can't do Monday and he's gonna have to transfer it to my account. He said he's gonna pay on Monday. (He knows I live two hours from my incall place!!!)

I haven't actually reported him yet but I have a feeling he's not going to pay.

He goes by the name Sunny. Indian guy about 5ft7-5ft8 British born Indian heritage. Says he lives in Hastings although has family in Birmingham (where he's originally from). Says he's 34 but he does look a few years younger. Doesn't have any accent and sounds British on the phone. He does speak Punjabi fluently too if this helps. He has short black hair and a trimmed beard (well maintained). He was dressed in casual designer clothes (trackies, top, cap and trainers) He turned up and paid for one hour and then wanted to do the overnight. Often speaks about how much money he's making. Yes he also told me he has been in for fraud before. He was quite coked up when I seen him, also worth mentioning that he said he's on the run from the police for something to do with speeding? Said he's wanted because he's not turned up to court. I still haven't reported him as I'm not sure if I can, I've started sex work a couple of months ago (to see if this is what I want to do more long term) and have not yet started to pay my taxes. I'm not sure if I'm able to report his theft as I'm not paying taxes yet (I have a main job and just do this on the side). Any advice would be appreciated.
