Sent me a couple of letters/bills to proof his location - didnt bother to cover his name or his wifes  We also did a video chat on Whats App (he couldnt see me but I could see him): asian guy, Id estimate 30s-40s, strong Midlands accent, consistently laughs in comms but its more of a consistent annoying nervous laugh....

Everything was going well until I texted him to say I was running 10 mins late - he didnt respond to acknowledge my text but I still commuted as he seems really keen to meet and we had been speaking for some time.

When I got round the corner from him home I called him to say I was here - no response. Sent a text, no response. Stayed 5 mins before heading back home. This outcall was at 2am so thought he might of fallen asleep but he didnt text the next day to apologise so I know he was just wasting my time
