Hi, I'm posting this, albeit briefly for now to hopefuly alert other girls who may be working in Sligo., Southern Ireland.
  This incident happened about 8 months ago but I didn't know of this site at the time otherwise I'd have posted then.
As it happened to my best friend and not myself I will get all the details and update it asap I just wanted to post now as I see quite a few girls are touring Ireland at the moment.
   My friend took a call from a typical client, nothing out of the ordinary at all, even when he entered her hotel suite everything seemed as normal. She escorted him to the bedroom and sat down. He took a place beside her and that's when he turned. He said he was a police man and he was going to go and alert the hotel and have her arrested if she didn't do as he asked. He showed her a fire-arms card and naively she believed him. He forced her into oral and sex and was laughing and saying how much he loved hurting girls and having the power over them. She was crying her eyes out and he said that all the girls he's raped have cried and he laughed really hard.
   When he was done and had left she hurriedly packed her stuff and went to reception to leave. The receptionist was very concerned as she was so visibly shaken. She made the decision to report him to the gardai (police). They have been absolutely fab about it all and have encouraged anyone who has suffered at this mans hands to come forward. They are not there to prosecute us but to protect us.
   For a few months after this happened my friend had been receiving texts from the man swearing he did not rape her and to drop the charges. We decided that we'd tour Galway at that point and we took our male partners with us and stayed in a 2 bed apartment with camera's and intercom.
  The guy trawls Escort Ireland and as soon as our profiles went live he text. He kept stating he did not rape her and that if she'd meet him somewhere discreet and alone he'd pay her 100euros for sex. Then he told her to drop the charges and he'd come to her place right away. He just wanted to talk he said. I told him where we were. Not the exact address but a nearby landmark. The apartments we use are frequented by escorts all the time and he guessed where we were so on our leaving the place he saw us as he was already sat waiting. I was standing out the front on the phone to him and her bf was with me. He was sat in his Taxi right infront of us and we didn't even realise, we had no idea as he had a bluetooth headset and appeared to be minding his own business and not speaking in his car.
 He kept telling me to walk away from my minder. I told him he is my bf (I was pretending to be her as he seemed to think I was her)and that I'd walk away from him but he refused to meet me. A few hours later he called the police and told them he had been phoned by a foreign man demanding ?5000 to drop the charges and it was obviously my big black minder. The police know her bf and know that he is a very light tanned (mixed race) skinny boy with a strong Liverpool accent and they understand that the man has just seen his skin colour and assumed he is foreign and decided to make up a story.
   He kept up with the texts and calls after that untill we left.
She has been to the gardai station and spoken about the incident further with the police-woman as from checking ugly mugs on Escort Ireland he has raped several escorts but none have reported him. She has all 5 numbers he uses and we now know he is a taxi driver for a local student area. We also know his full name and his facebook account etc.
 Girls just be very careful in S.Ireland and everywhere you work really. If a guy says he is police ask him to prove it. If he produces ID and is actually a police man tell him to call the station while you're sat there, you are breaking no laws but he is! Always call his bluff and kick him out!
