MR G W WARD!!! Phone 0793886686**(i know him as WILLIAM)

5ft 9 - overweight - aged 58 (birthday 24th Feb) -
Barrister - supposedly works in Chesterfield - Lincoln & Derby
A very strong northern accent
He drinks alot, eats alot & smokes alot!!!
He lives at the address girls have quoted - 1*** High St, Clay Cross, Derbyshire
(flat is above a chinese  & indian takeaway)
Has son & daughter - son in America - Daughter & husband lives an hour away
Wife passed away many years ago
Has property in Norwich, Lincoln & North Wales

I wish to god I had checked this site at the time of his contact with me at the end of October.

I am still in communication with him & I am extremely embarassed to say I have been gullible to his words
But I have to admit to it so girls out there knows he is still in action.

I asked for a deposit to go spend the weekend with him but he gave the excuse that he would pay on the Monday.
At the time, I trusted him & I agreed to stay with him  as at the time I was convinced a QC Barrister would not lie to me.
The weekend went ok & glad to say there was hardly any sexual activity which suited me.

To this day I am still waiting for the funds he owes me
Every time the funds were supposed to be deposited into my account he comes up with another reason why it hasn't & it was always about his funds being tied up in ISAs/Bonds & High Interest accounts with Barclays Bank/Bank of Scotland.
Why I believed him I don't know ? I feel such a complete idiot for relying on him.

Yesterday was the final straw when he came up with another excuse why the funds have not been deposited into my account
I am not happy as I have not paid my rent & I am in financial difficulties/
Over the last two months he has reassured me that he would not let me down & will never let me get evicted etc.
He frequently said he was a good man - that it was not his intention to cause hurt or ill feeling & that I had nothing to worry about as all is fine with the funds.

I honestly believed him as he seemed so genuine at first - although I must admit I did get alarm bells when the funds failed to materialise time & time again> Unless he finally comes up with the funds by next Tuesday then he has LIED 100x over from day one!
To be honest I think I was trying to convince myself that I was not gullible enough to be conned.
I am so angry with myself for falling for this trap.

This morning after a very restless night I decided to google his name & came across the info on here.
I am already a member on here & I am kicking myself for not checking this site when funds did not materialise the first time.
It would have saved me the stress in recent weeks.

This man has got to be stopped
Surely the police can get him arrested for this.

I hate to say that I am glad i am not the only one that has been fooled by him simply because I am totally & extremely embarassed by this. Wish all of girls who have been conned by him could go visit him!

SOmehow i am going to make his life hell.

Stay safe & be on your guard = some crazy men out there! NO PAY NO DEPOSIT = NO PLAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why the hell wont any of you report this to CID at clay cross police station??? None of you are helping anyone including yourselves!!!
Quite frankly youre all moaning about this horrible evil monster, if more of you went to the police, they would bang him up, even if not for rape then for obtaining services with deception!!!!

what is wrong??????

Ladies, this guy has just contacted me again this morning to make enquiries for an overnight booking at his apartment in Chesterfield. He's still using the same number 079386686** and going by the name of Steve.

It rang a warning bell as soon as I read the text, and sure enough, he rears his ugly mug on here.

I've text him back saying that I need a ?100 deposit first. I'd love to stitch this arsehole up if any other ladies have any ideas? The best I can think of is confirming the o/n for tomorrow evening and then just leave him hanging around like a spare part. I suspect though that mentioning a deposit will put him off.

Just goes to show that we can never let our guard down, and thank god this idiot doesn't have the nouce to keep changing his number. :P

Or it could give him fodder to refuse to pay a deposit in future.

I've just spent 30 minutes reading back through this entire thread. There's only been a couple of times he's agreed to pay a small deposit and several ladies have caught him trying to palm them off with fake notes. He said he didn't have the means to pay me a small deposit, so I suggested he emailed me an amazon voucher instead....surprise, surprise he's gone all quiet on me now.

It's so frustrating that the local police are well aware of this con, yet he's allowed to keep getting away with the same well-worn scam. Surely there must be a way of bringing him bang to rights?? Enough ladies say they have reported him to the police so there should be plenty of collaboration for them to go on.

He moves on to his next victim if you ask for a deposit if he's not able to 'persuade' you he's completely genuine so don't worry about giving him fodder!

The thing is what do they arrest him for.  Its not as if they can even call it fraud as even in a county court an immoral contract is not upholdable.  They only have the escorts word he did not pay and all they can do is tell you to try your luck in county court as it is not a criminal offense to owe someone money.  If it was they would be arresting everyone with debt.

he knows this as in one of the many texts exchanges I have had with him (he forgets who he has text and what name he has used but I have an Iphone so they are all grouped together) I actually told him I knew he would not pay me as he is well known and his response was that he has been spoken to by the police and they have told him it is not a criminal offense to not pay someone.  It is a civil matter. He also knows civil courts do not uphold immoral contracts

He has basically been told he can carry on doing this as he cant be arrested for it.  The police also told him and showed him a print out of this thread on here as he mentioned it to me with a big HA HA HA HA at the end of his text.

Basically until he breaks the law nothing can be done apart from to warn as many girls as possible.
My local paper is really good and puts an ad in once a month about being aware there is a man who asks for overnights and says will pay the next day but no money ever changes hands but they cant put his name or number in it.

All we can do is warn everyone in our own areas and hope eventualy no one takes his bookings
Truth is far more important than what one wants to hear. With truth there is no us and them or colour or religion there is just fact

This guy contacted me as well yesterday, same number as above.  He seemed to forget that he also contacted me a few months ago.  I wouldn't go last time because he refused to pay a deposit and glad I didn't go now I have seen this!.  I confronted him about who he was and he just kept saying in broad yorkshire accent "well you know..I'm just a nice, genuine guy me" ...hmm I said are you now!..suffice to say the booking isn't going ahead!

If you could put the above number you posted in the right format it might prevent others from falling prey to him too.

The number needs to be in this format 0123456789**

When this guy contacted me, I thought maybe I'd hit the kackpot! But the sudden bank issue were major alarm bells. I almost let my financial issues as a student get the better of me, but thank goodness for saafe. The fact that this scum bad is still out and about doing his dirty work is ridiculous, something has to be done.

A profile I have of him, that is pretty reminiscent of what is already posted here.

Name: G**** W****** Ward

Age: 57

Occupation: Lawyer, specialises in divorce, criminal and prison law.

Home and other mentioned locations/properties: Lives in Chesterfield, holidays in Skegness and Derbyshire. Properties near Lancashire and North Wales.

Other details: has a daughter living in Worksop with a husband.

Booking Request: Overnight for 1000gbp, in Chesterfield and another 3000gbp for a weekend in Derbyshire.

Sweettalk: he usually inisist that he is 'genuine', 'approachable', 'likable' and 'straightforward'. Also seeks to empathise with you, agreeing to take care of you, to quote him, he said that I "will be well looked after." He has a strong Yorkshire accent, and has been in touch for several days now through calls and texts.  He requested services like Period Play, Shaving of his privates and Spanking, as well as a host of other things. Disturbingly, he alluded to wanting unprotected sex, insisting that he was clean, but I insisted on protection so he quickly dropped the matter.  8)
This man works his charm by trying to sound as kind and generous as is possible, do not fall for it. Sooner or later, you will grow suspicious of him, when the money is mentioned.
REMEMBER NO PAY = NO PLAY.

My booking with him is tonight at 6;40, will be meeting him at Chesterfield St, or so he thinks...  ;)
