Peter Martin MCDONAGH
Born: 19/06/1964

MCDONAGH has previous convictions for Rape x 2 and false imprisonment.  His offences have been committed in Leeds, York and Southern Ireland.  His last offence was in 2002 in Holbeck, Leeds when he was convicted of the rape of a 23 year old prostitute.  He was sentenced to 8 years imprisonment with 2 years extended licence. 

Since his release from prison he has been resident in 2 hostels, Elm Bank Hostel, Cleckheaton and recently Ashdene Langley Trust Hostel, 29 Peterson Road, Wakefield where he was subjected to a very strict curfew.

On the 11/02/09, staff at the hostel reported that he had failed to return for his curfew. 

MCDONAGH is now wanted on order of recall and can be arrested. He is also wanted for questioning in relation to the murder of a prostitute in south Yorkshire in 2001.

When last seen, his description was: White male, 5' 11", 12 to 13 stone, bushy beard, greying dark/ginger hair, stone coloured trousers with a black parka style coat and sweater.  He has in the past shaved his head and his beard off to evade arrest.

He is believed to have travelled by train from Leeds to Manchester Piccadilly, then taxi to Carlisle, then train to Aberdeen and then a taxi to Dundee.

Due to the nature of his offences MCDONAGH has to be considered a dangerous man and a risk to women, particularly sex workers. He is known to frequent Red Light areas. Members of the public are asked to be extra vigilant when in these area.
