I have had him call form a variety of numbers with many different name (usually Arabic but today Adam), but the general theme is he is young (anything from 22-31), of African descent (usually including Somali, but sometimes Nigerian, and today Egyptian/Somali, and usually stresses that is is both young and black, and is that OK?  He i well-spoken, s polite, almost ingratiating, but never shows up even if he makes a booking. Persistent and annoying.
