Theft of my purse, Sheffield
« on: 25 June 2014, 06:08:26 pm »
I'm really fed up of this tour now and have cancelled my booking this evening and buggering off home later tonight.

This afternoon I had my purse nicked from a client.  This client is called 'daleydaley' on Adultwork and the name he used on the booking form was name is Daley R******.  It doesn't sound like a fake name, so I do believe this could be his real name.  I haven't left any feedback for him, as I don't want him deleting that profile, but I have left 'dangerous' notes.  I also noticed his feedback of zero (I didn't check this as I thought he must have had no feedback) consisted of one negative (a no show) and one positive.  His number is: 074740603**  Please PM me if you'd like the full number.

The booking was originally for an hour at 8pm lastnight (Tues 24 June) but he cancelled it and re-arranged to today at 2pm for one hour.

Before I start, I must tell you the layout of this apartment.  I hate the layout of this apartment and I think this is making me more vulnerable.  As you come in the front door (wall in front of you), you turn left to walk past the kitchen area (galley style), which is on your left and the living area straight in front of you.  So it's an open-plan kitchen-living area.  As the kitchen on your left finishes, it opens up to reveal the living area.  The wall which is in front of you when you walk in, the other side is the bathroom.  So, the bathroom door is in the living area.  Bedroom 2 (working bedroom) is on the left of the bathroom.  Bedroom 1 is opposite bedroom 2.  I hope that makes sense.

So this afternoon, he turns up 10mins late, goes for a shower but fiddles on as he can't work it.  Anyway, the shower didn't happen as the bloody hot water had ran out and I said it'll take about an hour for it to warm back up, cos I've put the boost on (I've no idea if it takes an hour).  So he was trying the kitchen tap for hot water to wash, but that was only tepid.  I sat and waited in bedroom 2 and could see so much of the living area, as long as the bathroom door was shut.  He was in and out of the bathroom, a few times not in my vision.  He kept moving towards the window area (where my bag was) but thought he was just wanting to stand on the mat, rather than the laminate flooring with his bare feet.  My bag was hidden between the living room window and a poufett thing with my purse in.

He came in bedroom 2, I asked for the money.  He asked how much, I told him but said I can only do 45mins now as you were late and I have another booking afterwards (not straight afterwards of course). He then said he really wanted the hour, can he re-schedule later today?  I said ok, grabbed my diary to check when I had an hour spare and asked if 5pm was OK.  he said yes.  So he got dressed and off he went.

Something told me to check my bag was still there after he left.  It was, but it was open and my purse wasn't there.  I frantically looked round the apartment, me and the boyfriend (he was hiding in bedroom 1), and thought it HAS to be somewhere.  I had my purse out this morning to pay for an apartment I'm staying in nextweek.  My boyfriend said my purse was in my bag, cos I'd left it on the arm of the couch after paying for the apartment.  I'd never used my purse since.

So after a stress on, a few tears, some swear words, I called 101 and reported it to the police.  I've also cancelled my bank cards and driving licence.  Once I get the money from the booking, I always shove it under the door of the room my boyfriend is in.  He always keeps hold of the money at all times.  I'm really lucky in that sense.

Well that's my boyfriend packing everything away now, so going to give him a hand.  I just can't wait to get home, it's been such an awful experience here :-(

Dudette I realise you're upset, but a physical description of this man and/or anything distinctive about the way he speaks and so on would be a lot more help if other ladies are going to avoid him?

If you can have a guess at things like age, height, accent and so on the others might have a better chance of spotting him when he changes his number/AW nick :).

Eeee sorry I thought I had!  He was black (I'd guess at Caribbean descent), about late 20s, about 5'11 ish, he had a local Yorkshire accent (not broad), slim build, I think he had short black hair.  Sorry it's not great, but there was nothing very distinguishing about him really.  I didn't notice any scars or tattoos.  He was a decent looking lad.

Sorry Amy for putting his surname too - eek!  Thanks for quickly changing that  ;)
