Yesterday I had a gentlemen arrange a booking with me by the name of Mark. Anyway he re-arranged the time of the booking twice and finally agreed on a time. He showed up 10 mins late (I know I should of sent him away there and then but parking here sometimes can be interesting so I let it slide), he was saying sorry, got in the door to the stairs leading to my flat, barely made it to the 3rd step and said he forgot his wallet in the car which was parked 5 mins away, could he get it later? I said no, turned around and told him to go and get it now. Barely 1 min out the door, i can still see him and I get a text saying he has just gotten a call (he didnt) and been called away and isnt going to be comming back. I wouldn't say he is dangerous just a timewaster.
