This is just a continuation of the thread I started in questions trying to find out if I can get my money through small claims or something.

He drives a 5 series BMW which is dusky grey with tinted windows so I know it was  not rented from a rental agency as it had loads of personal effects and reeked of smoke (it could have been borrowed from a friend).

He picked me up fromthe tube station ARNOS GROVE in North London and claimed to be an accountant.  He dropped me back off at Southgate tube in North London afterwards so I guess he knows the area pretty well and has an element of comfort up there.

We agreed a fee of ?400 and I stupidly didn't think I would get conned as the envelope felt right and I guess the suit and the car reassured me that he was legit.

He answered my ad on OLX and we exchanged some emails.

Be careful of this guy, I was duped and I hoped no one else will be.
