Maybe try contacting them and telling them, folks? It's not terribly likely they're going to see this thread.

Hi folks,
Shona here from NUM - I have PM'd those of you who are struggling logging in but essentially if you drop us an email on admin@uglymugs.org or call on 0161 629 9861 we will help get you sorted with accessing your NUM account.
Thanks Amy for prompting people to contact us directly as yes we don't come on saafe every day so may have missed these.

I don’t seem to be able to find the reports that detail the wrong doings of reported punters - all I could find is the number check and whether the number is reported in the NUM database.

Are the reports not available to view or am I just blind ?

You should be receiving emails with the reports. there is no way to view reports on the site, you have to search for the number

I seem to remember you can go through the reports one by one, but cannot search by number or email to obtain the report.

How can you get the full number on ugly mugs? I want to block one warning that came up. But last three numbers are missing.

NUM don't give the full number, they give data protection rules as the reason.

I think it’s a little pointless that we can’t get the full number, sort of defeats the bloody purpose and some descriptions that girls give are also pointless and useless!

The 'point' is that if somebody who has a warning against their number contacts you by phone you WILL have their number, so when you use the number checker to look it up the warning will show. They can't just have pages of people's full numbers for anyone and everyone to view, because that would be against the law.

For anybody who has had crime committed against them, there is now a free and anonymous means to report these incidents via the new National Ugly Mugs Scheme.

All sex workers may register, it's quick and easy and registration means you will also receive text or email alerts in the event that incidents are reported in your area to help you protect yourself. If you are attacked, harassed or robbed and don't want to go directly to the police or have access to a local sex work project, you can report offenders without fear of exposure or recrimination, no matter how or where you work. It's not meant to replace online warnings, rather to help us all share information together so as many people can access it as possible.

Won’t let me register?

And you've contacted them to describe the problem you're having and ask why? We can't do anything here any more than we can put you at the top of Google :)
