Number is 07597 7434**, goes by the name of 'Sid', so first of all he didn't confirm a booking with me just asked what time I was free, I replied and an hour later I have angry messages about how he was sat outside the hotel.
This is my first ever day working and I was super busy so I had no idea why he was outside if he hadn't agreed or confirmed a time with me. So I sent him away and we agreed a later time.
He then text 30 mins before that time to say he was going to be late can he come later, so after shuffling my bookings around, I gave him a time (one hour later). He was late and that was the final straw, I was really busy and didn't have time to be sitting around waiting for him and tbh I didn't even think he was going to show up, so I text him 10 mins after the time he was supposed to be in with me saying his booking was cancelled and explained to him all of what I've just told you I'm a POLITE way.
Now he didn't like that, starting swearing at me and did the 'do you know who I am?' Line
then he said he was at the front desk and was going to get me kicked out and he has my pictures and will show them to him. I was still calm and just said if that's what he wants to do, I'm not stopping him, I don't know how but I managed to diffuse the situation and I'm guessing he didn't tell the manager as I had a great weekend there workwise.
So today he texts and asks if I'm working and I tell him not to text me again, he's blocked on AW and I won't tolerate his tantrums over his own faults. He calls me a slag starts with the 'do you know what I'm gunna do to you' bullshit, he's apparently going to go to EVERY hotel in Manchester and get me banned. He is also intent that he knows where I live, my full name, my dob, and he willl see me, along with a lot more insults.
Please be careful of this man as I am sure he is dangerous/ a few sandwiches short of a picnic.
