A female Romanian sex worker was murdered in Ilford on 28th Oct 2013 at 23.50 in Ilford Lane.  The man is described as either Asian or Black and has a full beard.  He was wearing a light coloured top, darker bottoms and a small dark bag with a strap and was riding a push bike.  The man approached the woman and walked alongside her before pulling out a blade and stabbing her.
