This guy claimed to be a firsttimer and seemed pretty clueless when booking so initially I beleived him.  He booked 30 minutes but then at the last minute (when parking) requested roleplay.  What I didn't like was he was trying to insist on the roleplay (involving owing money) starting immediately and I tried to explain we'd need to get the business side out of the way/discuss it first. 

He arrived and thrust the money into my hand immediately and I again said 'ok we just need to discuss this first' but straightaway he started saying repeatedly he was too nervous to go ahead.  I tried to be understanding but he was adamant so I said 'ok thats fine but I'm not refunding the money' (I was making a stand as I'd be stung this way before).

Suddenly his manner became really aggressive and he started an argument saying 'Its not fair you haven't provided anything' with me saying I'd set aside the time etc.  He just seemed like he wouldn't leave so I gave him back half the money, which he then tried to refuse saying I'd made him feel bad!.  I told him he obviously hadn't thought it through and that I'd seen many first timers and never had anyone behave like this.  He was still refusing the money and refusing to leave so in desparation I threw the money on the floor and walked to the sitting room leaving him by the entrance.  He then thankfully left.

Unfortunately I didnt get his name, he was rather nondescript in appearance, average height, build, brown hair, middle aged wearing a cheap looking grey suit. I have a feeling he wasn't local to the area.  I feel its very likely that he wasn't a firsttimer and has behaved like this before. I felt very shaken up after he left - I felt intimidated by his manner and his refusal to leave.
