Pretty distinctive looking - Asian guy, quite short, mostly bald with a few straggly long hairs in some format of comb-over??

He isn't Chinese, but I can't really tell the difference between Indian and Pakistani I'm afraid. His features are quite "white" so it's possible he is mixed heritage - his accent is not like an Asian person's either.
