Oh dear should have trusted my instincts on this but after a dreadful week just decided to roll with it.

Red flags initially where not being able to confirm how long he was after and what hotel  he was at. Also asked my prices which I sent , then he said he didn't receive so I sent again. We agreed on a shorter booking for today and then he said he might book longer on Tuesday. Also got past the central hotel to the actual name of the hotel.

Now he really tried to push meeting in the hotel bar beforehand, but I said no and agreed to meet at his room.
I was a little late, due to it being a Sunday  and the festival and it was raining. My taxi took a while to get to me. But kept him updated and said it was fine.

I arrived about 15 min maybe 20 late. Text him and he gave room number. Went up knocked on the door a few times. No answer. There was no spy hole on doors so couldn't have seen me.

Then went to the toliet in that floor and text him. No answer. Called phone turned off.

Left hotel tried to call again,  rang this time but call was ended.

I had a gut feeling from the start this might happen, should have trusted it.
