I started to see a new client just before Christmas and had seen him 4 times since then. He always books for 2-3 hours. He was very polite, clean and a bit shy when I first met him.
Last night he booked for 2 hours, when he came in he asked for a drink and followed me in to the kitchen. He kept his gloves on and pulled his scarf up and his hat down so I could only see his eyes ( I've no idea why he did this as I'd seen his face plenty) he then pulled out a 10inch kitchen knife with a black handle and asked for my money.
I started laughing because I thought he was joking but he wasn't! He started to ransack the apartment asking where the money was and then started pointing the knife at me very closely and said he didn't want to hurt me but I'd better give him all my money. I had no doubt at that point that he would easily stab me. I told him I'd been to the bank today and I only had what was in my purse which I gave him, it only had a couple of pounds in it. He then started pulling my other things, phone, Ipad,etc.,  which he said he'd leave if I gave him more money, I gave him my other purse which he hadn't noticed when he'd emptied out my handbag. He took the money (about ?200 and some very distinctive Scottish notes) threw the knife in his bag and ran out.
He is around 6ft tall, mixed race, he says his mother is Scottish and his father is Jamaican. They live near Bow or Poplar area. He has very short hair, big eyes and dark stubble, although he was clean shaved and well dressed the first couple of times I saw him. He is slim but wears padded black coat, black scarf and black wooly hat. He sometimes has a red back pack with him. He has always arrived by bike , which he said was his nephews, the middle light on the handle bars is hanging off with black tape. He is in his early 30s.
He told me before that his name is Danny and he used to be a chef. He used to own a small cafe around Limehouse or Bow area. He split up with his girlfriend before Christmas, he had been with her for 10 years and she has a 14 year old daughter. He said his ex had phoned the police before for him trying to get into their house. I know he stayed in a small hotel in Stratford at least on one occasion.
He has 3 phones. I only have the last number now, which I'm not sure I'm allowed to put on here, but it is 073752324**
I have absolutely no doubt he will do this again so please beware ladies of a guy called Danny, on a bike, about 6ft, mixed, dark clothes hat and scarf with a bag.

I think I'm still in shock to be honest. A guy walked past me at the DLR station with hat down and scarf up and my heart was in my mouth.
I'm worried about going to the police, I know I should because I really do think he will do it again, chances are he's already done it before, but no one knows I do this and I think it would come out if I went to the police. If they caught him I assume I'd have to be a witness, etc., and I'm not prepared to do that yet. Just wanted to warn other ladies in the area, plus it also taught me a lesson, even if guys start to become regulars, you can never let your guard down

Mine was caught and convicted without being in the paper.
