This self entitled arse hole rolled up late, tried to push for a service when told no 3 times. Said he was "adamant" that that's what he wanted. He asked for  afull refund, after staying for over 15 minutes! Then offered me 20 after I stood my ground. Having already wasted 30 minutes of my time by this stage, I was getting quite angry by his atitude. He still tried to argue with me about only being given half back, so I had to threaten him with the police to get him to back down a bit. Thankfully my friend was in the next room hovering by the door.
