SLim Youngish, maybe 21 I think indian but a good grasp of english(not british accent). He called and set an appointment, asked a lot of questions and then set an appointment. Very much a special cookie and even with all the written instructions as well as spent 20 min on the phone directing him (as he ended up on a whole different street)...he finally arrived 25 min late, came in and asked the same questions on the phone, then said he needs to go to cash point as he doesn't have enough (I have been clear with how much he needs to have even in the text messages, so he couldn't have misheard).

And 20 min later he said he's not coming back. Shocker !
