I've seen him a few times and I warned him last time not to hang around my building before the booking. So when he came today I was running a few minutes late. I ask that they always let me know when they arrive so I can say when I'm ready. He buzzed repeatedly which made me even later because I had to stop what I was doing to get him on the phone. I once again repeated please don't hang around outside and told him I was nearly ready. Went to finish as I was nearly ready when there was a knock on the door. It was of course him. I told him to leave the building and ring me. He told me he had followed someone in and thought it'd be okay to do so. After that I told him I could no longer see him.

He isn't malicious he's just an idiot who doesn't listen. No discretion at all.

He's 30 with thinning hair glasses about 6 foot and a bit chubby always has a big bag with him and can only do morning bookings.
