Just when I was thinking things had been calm and quiet for a while I had this nasty little psycho to deal with.

He was insistent that he wanted an immediate booking. I told him half an hour notice and he started ranting so I agreed to 15mins notice (should have been a sign) and was given EXPLICIT directions to call from outside the hotel NOT in the lobby and not to enter until I told him to.

He called after 10mins, starts shouting down the phone that he's in the lobby and 'hopes I'm as fit as my photo's' (in the lobby how indiscreet) I told him that since he had called from inside the hotel rather than outside as directed I would give him the floor number and if he arrived there with no problems I would give him the room number and he went PSYCHO at me, while standing in my lobby shouting that I'm a f-ing bitch and all whores are the same and DEMAMDING that I pay him for the inconvenience and give him the room number, obviously I refused, he makes numerous calls and sends threatening texts. Keeps upping the amount of money I 'owe him' until the time that the hotel security threw him out, he claims to have given them my ad (thankfully not face)  and it's a very large Heathrow hotel that I knew a lot of you use.

I didn't see him but he sounds to be fully English, probably white, late 20's to early 40s from the voice
 He claimed his name was max.

This only happened about an hour ago but he's still sending messages
