This guy booked a half hour session.  He turned up wearing a red jacked and a red shirt that I thought nothing of.  Halfway through the session I looked up and spotted the phone strategically placed and then I asked him if he was recording the session which he denied.  I went over to the phone and yep, there it was, the phone was recording.  What was even more interesting was the fact that the phone had a red cover on which may have been a deliberate attempt at being inconspicuous with the red clothes and red phone cover.  I had him delete the videos in front of me pretty much told him that what he doing was illegal and then I put him out.  His continuous apologies meant absolutely nothing to me.  I have to say int he 13 yrs I have been working this is the first time I have encountered this type of situation.  I was left shaken up a bit because I thought I was a very vigilant person with these things, turned out I was wrong.  078478462**
