 I hope this is the right place to post about a warning about a flat. Please direct me in the right place if it isn't.

I made an enquiry about a flat advertising on AW in Ipswich and was immediately alarmed. The man I spoke to was aggressive, swore alot and seemed to be either drunk or under the influence of something else. He said that if anyone effs with him then he will eff with them! Which is an odd thing to say to someone who is making an enquiry. He was also pushing for me to work with another girl. I reported this to a fellow touring friend who a told me that a friend of hers had used the flat and this man returned to the flat and let himself in whilst she was working more then once during her stay.

This set up is suspicious and going by my conversation with the landlord and the other lady's experience, I would advise girls to book with caution.

I am the other lady. It was the only advert for a flat in Ipswich (with Great Yarmouth now added). The advert has now suspiciously been taken down but if it reappears I’ll put up the name, ID etc.
The TS who rents it out is very unstable and thinks it’s okay to come and go as he/she pleases even though you have rented the place for yourself.
Never again.
