Guy booked an outcall for Barnsley (Hoyland) via text. Very straightforward, seemed fine. When I arrived the postcode was actually for a car park (completely my fault for not being more thorough and checking it out beforehand)
He wouldn't answer my phone calls, however he texted me saying to walk across Boyes car park and apparently I'd find a gate leading to some flats. I had a quick look but couldn't see said gate. He wouldn't answer the phone so texted and said I'm not trailing around a car park in the middle of nowhere on my own at 2am looking for a sodding gate; why can't you come out and collect me, answer the phone or maybe even give me the right postcode so I can find the address? No reply.
I drove off and a white car pulled out of a side street and started following me.  It was 2am and no one else about. I pulled over to put my home address in the sat nav and the pulled up next to me and asked if I was lost. Bit weird as I wasn't driving erratically or anything. I said no I was looking for some apartments near boyes car park but I'm OK now. He then said oh I know where those are; and proceeded to list the same directions word for word that I'd received from the guy via text. I knew then that this was the same guy who obviously didn't actually intend on having a booking he must just get off on watching girls arrive and traipse around car parks in the middle of the night, and when I refused to do so he decided to follow me in his car. I didn't feel like I was in danger but it was very creepy, he was looking at me in a weird leery way that was pretty uncomfortable. He knew by my face after he said the directions that he'd made a mistake. I pressed the lock button on my car and put all the windows up, then grabbed my phone and made like I was calling someone. He threw his car in gear and floored it out of there. The petty part of me wanted to follow him and creep him out but I just got back on the M1 and drove home.
It was a wasted 60 mile round trip. I should have been more thorough when I accepted the booking and checked the postcode out first, I've been doing this a while and should know better! However he seemed fine in the initial contact and no red flags until I actually arrived. Early 50s, white guy fair hair. Drives a white car.
