Title: Crazy guy keeps up hours of continual calls on private number

If this guy contacts you run for the hills!
He sounds fine on the phone [off topic removed] and he is weird, makes you feel uncomfortable and overstays his payed for time by  quite some considerable length.
He harrassed me continually for 5 hours on a private number before switching his phone off.
Who in this day and age has nothing better to do than repeatedly click call?
