I've fallen prey to this idiot again. He's done the following to me once two years ago and again today.
First he emails saying he's disappointed that he's never got a reply which is bull as I checked and he'd not emailed before, not since two years. Then he asks to call you to arrange a meet for next day. He doesn't call, then he texts saying he'll call you later to arrange, then another text hours later saying he's stuck in traffic and will definitely call later then silence.
He has good feedback so I think this is a case of him contacting numerous girls then picking one whilst still messing you about. Number is 07947 0684**
