Title: Canary Wharf - didn’t pay

Tall, blond muscular Eastern European guy. I stupidly forgot to take money upfront. When I asked him to give me the money afterwards he lied and said he didnt have any money on him. He said he’s going to the cash point and he never came back.
This happened in east London, Canary Wharf. His number is ‭‭0773871696**
