Calls himself Michael, early to mid 60's, very strong Northern Ireland accent - speaks very monotone and sounds tired but is fairly polite.

He booked for an afternoon appointment which he then cancelled in good time.  He then phoned hours later to reschedule for this evening.  I had told him my services, prices and what to expect etc.  He then asked to come half an hour earlier which I agreed to. 

He showed up early, was polite whilst he waited.  He then comes up and immediately I feel uneasy.  He seemed distracted when I greeted him, very unfriendly, no smiles etc.  Wasn't right.  He was dressed quite young for his age - wearing jeans and rugby t-shirt with bright green converses.  Very big bright blue eyes.  Fairly short.

I politely asked for the money, he seemed very uneasy and restless and said very rudely (somewhat aggressive) 'Well, what do I get for that?'

I was annoyed and told him that I'd explained all of it on the phone.  He put his hands on his head and I asked him if he was ok, because he seemed to be out of sorts.  He started to bunch and make fists, which I didn't find pleasant.  He just said, I don't think I'll stay.  I told him he was out of order for messing me about and never to contact me again. 

As he left, he turned around and said to me 'You look nice anyway' 

It seemed as though he had an early onset of Alzheimers or Dementia if that makes any sense.  He wasn't right that's all I can say.  I want to warn others working in the Surrey area as he is not a pleasant person to encounter.  Please PM me for full number 079846071**
