I got the info on another forum that Escorts and Clients used to socialize, the local projects for sex worker support (GAP) would post that kind of info there, though that forum no longer exists

There is a section on this site for projects too, I would maybe look there and get in touch with someone in your area and ask if they can advise you on who the DLO for your local police force is
