Either keeps blocking me or removing his account and reactivating. Has cancelled on me no less than 4 times and is one of those that CONSTANTLY messages asking stupid questions - your typical timewaster. I don't have his number to report unfortunately. But yes he's extremally irritating so I wouldn't bother with it if it messages you.
