This is an extremely dangerous man who attempted to beat me within an inch of my life this morning and the worst part is it was a repeat client and there was no evidence of this even being a possibility last time I visited him.

I arrived and he paid my fee no problem so we get down to sub/spanking games same as last time I visited him and he wants OWO, which I perform without comment. Then he demands CIM, which was not agreed beforehand and when I refuse he attempts to force me before demanding his money back. I refused and he went nuts basically punching me and throttling me, ending with swinging me around by fistfuls of my long hair and smashing my face off his coffee table and wardrobe. He did attempt to sexually assault me but it was just another attack I believe as he wasn't capable of consensual sex let alone non-consensual.

Be very careful of this man as he threatened me with a knife (although he never produced one) and told me he was going to kill me and stab me in the heart. I'm not sure what he is actually capable of but I wouldn't like to find out. He was extremely smug and honestly thought I wouldn't go to the police because I am an escort but I did go to the police and for the first time they were extremely helpful with my plight but then again I looked a mess so that might have influenced their sympathy.

He was arrested within half an hour of me reporting him and I was taken to the local police station where I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness during the interview and cataloguing wounds process. They charged him with ABH, attempted rape, threat to life and intent to threaten with a deadly weapon, although I don't know what will happen now I have a crime number and have been told to wait to be contacted when he is released on bail.

Calls himself Steven and contacted me on number 075723038** both times, I visited him in South Woodham Ferrers and it was his home address. I would report to UM and have my report all ready to go but it doesn't give the option to report for 2016 for some reason so haven't sent it yet.

Anyone know if I can send it under 2015 and they will understand it is actually this year not last January?

Please please please stay safe because this has really shook me up and I am normally quite nonchalant about bad clients and their crazy unacceptable behaviour.

Update: The 'plea date' was put back to 08/02/2016 and unfortunately the Magistrates Court decided that these charges were too severe for them to deal with so it has been referred to the Crown Court. He is due to enter his plea on 07/03/2016 and then we will know if a trial is necessary or not.

Charges have been amended to Threat to Life, ABH and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cannabis) as the prosecutor believes this is a more serious charge than 'blackmail' i.e. he demanded I give him his money back or he will kill me has been changed to he threatened to kill me full stop.

I will update when he enters his plea and I'll know more information then. He hasn't contacted me since this incident so he is at least smart enough to keep to his bail conditions.

I also know his full real name now as well as I have been sent court documents relating to the case, his first name is really Stephen though.

Bella's post reminded me I haven't posted an update on the case.

He entered a plea of NOT GUILTY on the 7th March so like a coward he is going to take this to it's final conclusion. Trial date is either in June or July so I will update again then once I know the verdict.

Keep fingers and toes crossed for me girls.

FINAL UPDATE:

The case went to court on Monday (I know I was surprised how quick it was too) and I went and gave my evidence to testify against this man. It was the most nerve-wracking thing I've ever done.

However... He has been found guilty on all charges today and I just received a phone call from witness care informing me he has been sentenced to 32 months in prison for this, I can't quite believe it but they believed me and looked past the fact I am a sex worker to see the victim I truly was.

Over 2 years and I have been told he will serve a minimum of 18 months so I am very happy and it was all worth it, even better he is off the streets at least for the next 18 months.

Don't be afraid to report, it is always worth it even if they are acquitted, which is what I was expecting in this case.

It has been a very long time since I posted on the forum but I still lurk here while I consider coming out of retirement next year. Anyways I wanted to let everyone in the Essex, specifically Chelmsford area know that this man has served his sentence and was released this morning. He is back on the streets but thankfully that means literally he is now homeless, jobless and for want of a better word a 'billy no mates', no one would take him in upon release according to the witness service.

Due to this fact I would hope he'll be steering clear of escorts for a while due to issues with funds but there's always incalls and since he doesn't want to pay us we can never be too careful. He will obviously be using different communications now but he's description is unmistakeable so please scroll back to the first post in the thread and be safe.

For anyone else who has been assaulted in any way, shape or form I don't regret testifying or sending this animal to the cage he so richly deserved for 16 months and I wasn't treated any differently because I am/was a sex worker. Report it always and then see what happens, you may win or lose but at least you know you did something.

Can you give us a physical description to go on?

After scrolling up myself I realised that I didn't include a physical description in the original post.

He was 58 (according to court documents anyway) when he was locked up last year so he must be pushing 60 by now. It shows, he looks like a frail old man with thinning salt 'n' pepper hair, very dishevelled looking (even in court) similar to a homeless person and he's front is extremely hairy, like from his chest to his groin it's one big mass. His eyes are piercing and icy blue, no feeling behind them at all, cold as ice - look out for these they are so distinctive and he will give you a bad feeling from the minute you, or he for incalls, enters the room. My gut was screaming but as I'd seen him before I ignored it, big mistake.

He will mention about being a 'good girl' on the phone and say he wants submissive services... you will want him out as soon as possible.

That's all I really remember.
