Sounds like the same guy who is based somewhere near Hatton Garden though doesn't just go for subs/dommes.  Stocky, overweight, average height, fair skin/hair.  He often refers to his Jewish faith but by no means follows its rules if it suits him.  He does try to push boundaries, tends to lift his legs when receiving oral, trying to get gals to rim him.  Never seemed dangerous though, just very annoying and gets off on winding escorts up by taking his time getting dressed and leaving as late and slowly as possible.
