Got an email of a Gabriella Cruz saying they had chosen my profile of girl directory to use in their new gamour mag and needed my approval to go ahead and that they would pay me to be advertised (alarmbells?)

I replied I would like to be featured, so they gave me instructions what to do, including giving them a number of personal details (funnily it matched the details the 'you have won' scams want) telling me they would send payment of ?2500 of which I was to keep 15% and pay the rest into an account as they instructed. Later I would get that money paid back to me as they were paying me the full fee for of ?2500 for being advertised, with my pic on the cover (amongst others) and a feature on the glamour glitz page.

Anyone smell a rat???

It's yet another twist on the old overpayment scam. Run a mile.
