Spoke to a guy on the phone today booked an hour at 5.30pm sounded ok, no concerns.  Text me at 5.30pm to saying running late.   6pm he knocks my door and comes in and apologises then asks if I have Internet access as he needs to check a flight time he can see my iPad on the desk I thought strange as he was holding his phone in his hand I let him look and he said gotta go I'm supposed to be picking up my mate really?   He could see I'm hacked off and straightaway shows me the money in his pocket and says I'm not wasting your time Linzi but I gotta go he then tries to speak to me asking where I'm from etc I just say you better go get your friend.

He booked under the name of Phil but once arrived his name was Adrian 074028718**.
