So this happened a while ago (beginning of Feb) but I have just found this site today.

Guy called many times several days in a row trying to book and appointment, we agreed on a day and he called that morning to confirm, he texted 40 minutes before saying he was early and was I ready, I said he would have to wait and he said he would go for a coffee nearby. Then he called and asked if I would meet him at the coffee shop as he had a roleplay fantasy of meeting someone randomly. It seemed quite spontaneous and was just across the road from me so I agreed, saying I would have to be in casual clothes, he was really happy about this, and I went to meet him. He texted where he was sat so I went in and asked if the seat next to him was taken, I sat down and then he took out a crumpled ball of notes and put it on the table (!) I quickly put it my pocket but new it wasn't the full fee, then he started asking me questions about where I was from, how long I'd been escorting etc, and I was wondering what happened to the role play . He was very polite and nice, but nervous, he said he was a lawyer, Asian, smartly dressed and I'd say in his late 30s - early 40s, I went to the loo and saw he had given me ?50, I went back and he said can we meet in an hour I just have an errand to run, I said felt stupid but said ok and left. Then never heard from him, despite a follow up text asking if he was coming.
I would say it could have possibly been a genuine change of heart on his part, maybe he didn't like me or something, but then the other day my duo partner (who was working with me that day, and I told when I got home) said she has received calls and a text from a guy wanting to meet first in a coffee shop and she thought it might be him, we compared numbers and it was him. I'm imagining that he does this a lot and is more confident with his scheme as he made it sound like a spur of the moment thing to me, but is now just asking to meet first, and maybe doesn't pay anything any more. So beware.
