I’ve rented a room as an independent before while the other room was ran as a brothel type set up. The two don’t go together in the same house as independents generally don’t like guys just turning up when they feel like it. I suggest you either have your brothel or rent to indies but not both in the same place.

I didn’t think it would but my building is split in 2 parts with 2 enterance s so it has been working as one room is the other side of the building to the rest x
