Web Development & Marketing for Independant Escorts
« on: 08 February 2012, 06:59:39 pm »
Hey there!

We are a web development and marketing firm working exclusively in the escort industry. The services we offer are unique because we also provide Search Engine Optimization with our websites. A website is useless unless you can get visitors looking at your page, and SEO allows us to rank your site so that it appears when somebody does a Google search for escorts in your area.

We only accept 2 clients from each city, so there is no conflict of interest between out clients.

For more information please visit our website (www.escortmarketingservice.com) or give us a call at 866-475-8407

When you say 'conflict of interest', do you mean 'competition'? Surely you can't believe that if there are five prostitutes in a city and you will only do websites for two of them, the other three will just pack it in and take up hairdressing? We all have competition - it's how a capitalist economy works.

EMS: You've forgotten to put your company name in the copyright instead of "Your company", and also the prev_entries and next_entries arrows are kind of the wrong way round (or your page order is the wrong way round to work with the arrows as they currently are). E.g. the right-hand arrow should go to the 'next' page but actually takes you to the page that comes before in the main menu.

Your social media icons have default, non-working links, too.

Will you be adding a portfolio of your existing work to your site, so that potential customers can see what they're getting?

I think they mean their SEO is so good that they would end up putting every single escort in a town on the front page of Google! :D

You missed 'Just another WordPress site' in their description meta tags :)

Apart from all that, it's quite a nice WordPress theme which must have taken minutes (and $35) to install.

I read..

SEO allows us to rank your site so that it appears when somebody does a Google search for escorts in your area.

..as a wonderfully unspecific 'It'll appear on Google, somewhere' rather than an optimistic hostage to fortune guarantee as to it being on page one for 'london escort' or similar.

The other thing they might want to mention is that they're somewhere in North America.
'The Ian formerly known as SW5'. What they said: "Indispensable", "You are our best resource", and (hours later!) "I'm afraid that you're being made redundant..."

Winding down YourEscortSite.com

Yeah, I vaguely remember seeing that theme when I was looking for a new one for my blog a while back. The terrible spelling was the dead giveaway for them being in the US long before I clicked through and looked at their efforts, though.

Pmsl. At least they're telling the truth, technically ;D.
