TLC - seeking providers to work with disabled clients
« on: 03 December 2019, 06:52:03 pm »
Hi

The TLC Trust is part of The Outsiders Trust - a charity that works with and for people with disabilities around issues concerning sex, sexuality and relationships.

The TLC website advertises screened providers who wish to provide services to disabled clients.

We have been in existence for a number of years but have just had a total facelift. Existing members are re-applying now.

We are looking for new providers to advertise with us. It is free to advertise. You will be expected to provide ID so we can vouch that you are working legally in the UK.

On the new site, you will have control of your own profile in a similar way to adultwork. It's not as detailed as AW as we are on a tight budget but you can add links to your website or other advertising pages.

I don't think we can put a link in here but if you search for TLC Trust hopefully you will find our shiny new website!

Thanks for reading x

From the not particularly well hidden posting rules thread at the top of the board:

You may post one thread to advertise whatever you are offering, and in the Spamming section this can include website links/URLs. Links may only be posted once, and not included in signatures or picture captions; duplicate links or touting in signatures will be removed.

Sometimes you just want to be able to speak to someone who gets it. I'm available for in-person sessions in Edinburgh or online

What a strange situation. Surely anybody disabled could either hire an escort themselves or there carer. That is what usually happens when i have seen somebody with a disabilty. But saying that i would only take a booking direct from the client not his help as i have had them contact me before but that is not the set up for me with discretion.

Are you happy to give us your ID?
I'm glad I got all the Cynthia Payne books before the prices rocked to sky high.

Hi Marianne,
I cant see disabled people myself but as you are a charity that does not charge escorts to advertise not some company out to make money I do give them the link for your website and i also post a link to TLC on my website. (btw is it the same domain or dio i need to edit the link) I think it's a great idea and saves them having to go through loads of knockbacks until they get a yes. It will also help the people who are scared to contact a provider in case their disability puts them off x

I agree with this, it can't be a bad idea. Besides AW asks for IDs in the most humiliating manner, at least these guys are well intended.

The problem is, women (us) are in a far more vulnerable position,
e.g. risks of all social and moral punishments from all directions ,
"once bitten..." applies.
Some women have chronic illnesses/hidden disabilities, too.

It's really sad to see a site like this demands ID.

We don't even know who these punters are, would they be verified, too?
 ???

Have had a look and I’m liking the site but not the ID bit unless you do it with the service seekers too.
I'm glad I got all the Cynthia Payne books before the prices rocked to sky high.

Adultwork ask for ID so it isn't a new thing & hopefully, TLC treat SW'ers a lot better. Just a question but how do you know these guys are actually disabled and not just getting off on some fetish. Do they have to give evidence of their disability?
