If you want to update/edit your ad you need to click on the Modify button, then you can change it as much as you wish.

I dont need to look at nothing. i had guy's befor and they did not takecare of the room's, and the lady's dont want any guy's livein there so that's why i said lady's only.

Plus, if by advertising these premises here your intention is to rent to more than one prostitute so that they can work from these rooms, not only do I doubt your other tenants would be overjoyed, but you'd be breaking even more laws. Why have the hassle?

It's not a bad reminder for those desperately needing incall space that there are some odd people out there though. Any ladies thinking of renting from somebody not known to them who is actively seeking to find prostitutes as tenants should be aware that there's often (not always)  a not-particularly-pleasant reason for this.
