Hell no, there is Zero screening at a parlour, they just accept anyone and everyone who arrives.  Addresses are mostly always advertised as its how they get their walk ins, but his also means anyone with malice in mind (robberies) also gets to just walk in.

 Some parlours may have CCTV and or security. Which is dodgy as not all parlour owners will be nice and they may have you walking around in your undies on CCTV.
