If you want to be legal, you run a directory. There are lots of directories already, some with a lot of users, so trying to break into this market is very difficult and actually making money from it is even more so. You can make money by running an agency, if you are lucky, but it's not legal to run one.
'Control for gain' doesn't mean you have people in chains, force them to do anything they don't want to do, or anything else that antis go on about. It does involve gaining, i.e. receiving something, for controlling someone else's prostitution. Control includes things like telling them they have a client somewhere. It is indeed very silly that everyone who runs an agency is either very poor (because they try to do a genuinely non-sexual one) or a criminal, but that's the situation. If you couldn't control prostitution, no-one's going to call you, and if you don't gain from it, why are you doing all the work for free?
Fortunately, most of the agencies out there - and if you think there aren't many around you, you're not looking in the right places - are run by people who are not particularly clueful, so it is possible to stand out as being a good place to get work. If you make it clear that you know that agencies need escorts far more than escorts need agencies, you will be ahead of most of your rivals.
Your current website could indeed do with some more work as it looks like a dating site - marital status? children?!? - and having a link to Platinum Select is never a good idea.
