Just to clarify though, we are not ( or don't think we are) an agency, we are a small group of girls who share use of the flat, we do have a 'main' number, but we all work from our own advertising as well. We decided to advertise on here as a lady looking for premises was pointed in our direction after asking on here if anyone knew of somewhere she could use for incalls. It seems to work well for her/us
We didn't think it was fair to charge a weekly or daily fee, we all work by appointment to prevent over booking of the rooms.
We have found that the more of us there are, the more our regulars wanted to see everyone, so obviously there is something in it for us. The bills etc need to be paid, so do need to charge to use the rooms. ( it cost you nothing unless you have an appointment, either of your own or from our main line)
We like being together, on a friendship basis, as well as 'professionally' for security if nothing else, we do ask for cleanliness and discretion for the obvious reasons.
No offence is meant to anyone, and we're sorry if we're going about this in the wrong way - just wanted to let girls know what we could offer if needed x

We know you're not an agency; you're a brothel - it took me ten seconds to find out which one by googling the phone number.
The point I was trying to make is that not everybody looking for a room to rent for incalls wants to work in a brothel/working flat environment, and as your first post wasn't really making this clear the purpose was to save everybody some wasted time :).

Ok. But like i said. We're not out to offend anyone.and not forcing anyone to join us or even phone! The number ( and thank you- I've learnt something) USED to be the number for a premises that is no longer in operation and hasnt been for several years. If you click the links it takes you nowhere, and is not used for advertising anything or anyone. ( surprised to see its still online, but everyday is a school day!) Its a shame i have to justify something like a phone number or indeed what we were offering. But i guess it does warn at tbe top of this page! Anyway as previously stated. No one is out to ' do anyone over' or scam or anything. If you choose to allow this post to remain. I will gladly answer any questions or queries anyone may have, i am happy to answer on here also,i prefer to speak on the phone as dont spend a lot of time online and have vision problems so viewing on a mobile is tricky, again, a shame i need to justify that when all we were doing ( or thought we were!) Was placing an ad! We are not trying to hide anything. I was introduced to this site by a lady who had used this site to find a group like ours, i thought we could offer the same to others, i apologise if any offence has been caused, it was not our intention x

All I said was that if your room rentals are not private lets for independents to see punters in privacy (and even a flat share/hourly rental normally affords this to some extent), you need to say so to avoid wasting anybody's time including yours.
We've nothing against brothels here, but a good proportion of people (myself included) don't want to work in one where any/lots of other people are present, and nor do their clients expect to be visiting one. You can help yourself by reporting the obsolete links to Google, though :).

MS, the OP has explained how their operation works in the third post - a co-operative is exactly as it sounds, where people share premises and contribute equally to the running costs without any one person being in charge. There's even some information about it on the main site.
It's certainly a brothel, but unless we're defining people answering the phones and taking bookings for others when they're busy as pimping (which it isn't really, unless they are being paid for this specifically), then it's not.
I'm all for challenging the posters in this section, but some of this is starting to look like taking pot shots just for the sake of it and there's really no need - if a thread doesn't interest you, then the best thing to do is let it die away naturally and not keep bumping it up.

What happens is that you do not rent the room for a day or a week you pay per client, it is the OP's premises and if you want she can advertise you along with the other girls when she receives calls regarding who are available for the day. ;)

To be fair, the thread title isn't very helpful and if would be a lot easier if the OP had just posted a link but she wouldn't, so I will:

It wouldn't be for me, but for those (including punters) who don't mind being in a brothel/working flat setting with others around, it's a perfectly reasonable option.

Well, I don't know if I should put this in the warning section or not so I will just put it here, I saw this advertisement and contacted the lady she was lovely, I'm from London and she told me she would allow me to stay as long as I wanted, she cares about your welfare and tries to make sure you're safe, BUT a serious downside I left because she accused me of working and not paying her the money also due to a fight (after I left) between the lady that owns this house and another worker, I found out that she went through my bag took a photo of my id and a document with my address on it, she also did this to another girl to,

No, it's fine to put it here - this way anybody who might have been tempted is more likely to see it where a post in Warnings (even with a link) could be missed :).
Appalling behaviour. I'm almost looking forward to her coming back and trying to justify it.

I'm the one Molasses mentioned in the above warning post that got in a fight with the woman who runs the "co-operative".
She went into my wallet behind my back and took a picture of my Driving License then bragged to the girls who had been working there for years about this then tried to Blackmail me with it... THAT BACKFIRED as Thankfully I read up on the law and knew SHE IS BREAKING IT BY RUNNING A BROTHEL.
For all new girls/ladies or experienced ladies who wants to "use her place" Beware and have this knowledge.
1) It is a Brothel that she runs and is in charge of. She takes a percentage/cut of the money you make from each clients. That is not a Co-operative.
Like Molasses said she is nice and makes you veryyyy welcome; to suck you in and then
2) She will nicely tell you to change your profile name as the one you have will not get you clients & you will be veryyy busy if you do this.
3)She will read through your description and tell you how you don't sound inviting to clients reading it and if you delete "this" or put "that" you will get more calls, thus more work
4)She even told me and another girl how to answer our phones! There is another woman who has been working there for 4-5years who reports everything you tell her, even how you answer our phone to the lady running it as she herself is not always there....
5)Most importantly even if the whole world knows you Escort, you don't want this old woman taking copies of your ID as this can be used for fraudulent purposes! She not only did that to me but to Molasses as well.
6)The Bottom line is she runs this brothel and has been for 17years! and likes to control you and when you start to defy her is when the problem starts, which is what happened with Molasses and I stood up to her when I had enough.
She took another girls AW phone off her for months and threaten to fire her if she would not give it up.
Bottom line is be careful, if you choose to go there... It's always better to have knowledge than to be naive about people like this.
