I did a day there and I honestly could not hear the gent while I was in the room. When I knew I had a few back to backs I said to him I would prefer him to be out. He went out no problem. I also had to go out later myself that day and my belongings were fine. Had I opted to do late night bookings I would prefer him to be there anyway. Nice enough bloke. Hope that helps.
