It all sounds rather wonderful and I appreciate you might want to get an idea of the lady's appearance. 

But I would like to remind anyone little newer or fresh to the industry to be wary of sending face pictures to a virtual stranger.  They may very well be well intentioned and respectable but they could be anybody!  They need you to do the work so should be understanding of your valid concerns.  Perhaps better to send a body shot first and meet somewhere safe to discuss joining their agency, then they can see what you look like and you have more control over any images showing your face.  Maybe not now but who knows when it could come back to cause you grief!   

Also, don't mean to be a kill joy, but ladies be careful. I'm sure this agency has good intentions, but I just coincidently came across a reverse booking on aw with the same 'spiel' and same user name.... When clicking on the user name a pic of a 45 year old male comes up....

I guess my point is that it's a male running the agency and not female as the name may suggest...

Thanks for the comments but just want to point out a few things. Not everyone that works in this industry is a crook with bad intentions. Our agency is run by three of us of which 2 are ex escorts.

It isn't what you say, its what you do that matters.  I'd like to point out that escorts are no more or less trustworthy than those in other professions so the fact you have 2 escorts on board will not neccessary invite confidence, and the fact you say you have no experience certainly does not.

My profile on AW is used as a recruitment platform and even though it bends the rules a little, seems quite a reasonable way to see if anyone is fed up with the Adultwork server issues and may want to join us. I deliberately placed my photo on the site in an attempt to be as transparent as possible.

I take your point about face pics and will amend our recruitment 'spiel' accordingly. I have also in all our recruitment made my phone and email available unlike others so all it would take is a call to see if we are legit or not.

I think for the vast majority of us it would take rather more than a call or email to make a decision on that......again its what you do that matters, not what you say.

I appreciate that there are a lot of people out there who look to exploit girls in this industry. I/we are not but I guess this is a lesson

There is no doubt that girls that work in this industry are subject to a lot and need to be extra careful. I get that. I have been a client of many an escort and have have been ripped off and exploited, lied to and deceived more times than I can remember. So that pendulum swings both ways. No offense but getting on your high horse about the fact that my approach is slightly different, is really unnecessary.

You also have no idea of my level of experience or background, or that of my partners. I'm sorry if I offended anyone or created suspicion, but I thought that this may be a place where you may engage  with people offering an opportunity to work safely and with a respectful team.

To date I have had nothing but a barrage of insinuations about my intentions and disparaging remarks.

I guess it's better to have tried and failed than not tried at all.
