Somewhere I used to work once did a great pamphlet of people's stories. Each was in the first person, each was great, and the only problem was that I could tell that they were all written by the same person! What had happened is that they'd taken a bunch of real people's stories and given them to one member of staff to rewrite them a bit and tidy them up. In the process, they'd introduced elements of their own voice each time.
It takes a lot of skill to avoid that. If you can do it, your fortune awaits elsewhere. If you can't, then you'll hurt the reputation of everyone who uses your service.
