I think "nipples and breasts" will be the problem.  viva street blocks the mention of physical and sexual things in ads.

Hi Greta. No, I was answering saying what's on my advert that VS allows. I advertise sporadically with them, the last time a few weeks ago and had no issues getting my advert published.

I've had my VS ad running for 2 years 3 months, paying £12.99 per week for it and with exactly the same wording in the text box i.e. a summary of me and what I'm about re Outcalls vs Incalls. I've always also had a summary list of incall locations, dates and booking times in the text box that I update twice a week.

Out of the blue today I've had an email from VS saying my ad has been rejected based on the info I've provided:

Reasons for rejection:

Your ad description goes against our posting guidelines
Your advert contains content that relates to:Sexual act.Violence.Unprotected sex.Keyword stuffing. We do not allow "keyword stuffing" so if you have added multiple locations or listed other search terms in your description your ad will be removed.

There's zero reference to body parts, sexual acts, violence or unprotected sex in my blurb so I can only assume I've sinned because of 'Keyword stuffing'. So it seems that as of today they've either just noticed or decided they don't like me showing where and when clients can book incalls. Bonkers.

VS will be the first thing I ditch when my new website is up and running next month.

Hello all, we appreciate your feedback and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
If you’re having issues with your account or your ad, we can discuss aspects of individual account decisions via our Customer Service team.
With regards to other users using fake images, if you suspect this to be the case you can report these ads with any evidence you have via our Customer Service team or using the ‘Report this ad’ button on every advert.

Thank you,
The Vivastreet team

It would help if you would give money back when you decide an advert fails to meet your guidelines or as least tell us what we've done wrong so it can be fixed

I would strongly recommend not using Vivastreet as it has the most unhelpful Customer Support team imaginable

I've just spent £120 placing a featured Advert and it was live for less than 30 minutes before being pulled down and I can't get any money back nor will they tell me what is wrong with the advert
AVOID VIVASTREET IS  MY ADVICE

I would if that happened to me.
I'm glad I got all the Cynthia Payne books before the prices rocked to sky high.

Clearly there system is failing and it seems they do not care.I did a test where I used an online paraphrase tool and paraphrased an ad description that was live using a new phone number and new photos. Again it got banned after only 15 minutes.

So it seems that it is not the description that is the issue. I am thinking it is either an automated bot that deletes the ad or the moderation staff are deliberately deleting ads which doesn’t really make sense from a business point of view. Either way it’s a shit service and they need to rectify it.

Hi, I was trying to upgrade an ad and the payment was taken but the upgrade didn't happen. I asked for a refund and every time I ask for an update the timeline keeps being extended. First 3-5 days then 7-10 and now they won't even tell me when I will get my refund. I've asked for emails to confirm this and nothing has been sent. This feels shady

Hi Saafe users,

As per our previous post on Vivastreet?s new rules, we would like to set up an online forum to get feedback from our users. We have been working hard on developing other categories on our site and would like to look at changes you believe may be beneficial to the escort and massage category.

We would like to send out a survey with no more than 20 questions to retrieve as much useful feedback from you on how to provide a better service and also better responses.

If you would like to take part, please email us on es@vivastreet.com. If you are existing site user we will look to provide some free features for you, and for new users a free ad so you can experience the site. We are looking for around 20 users (10 existing, 10 not currently posting).

Thank you,

The Vivastreet Team

I cant believe you dont allow reference to or pictures of me smoking a cigarette?!
It costs a lot to look this cheap.

I've recently been thinking of creating a profile on Vivastreet and so need to pay a fee for the advertising. I tried paying off my international card and my account was blocked. I read through their terms again, but also wanted to ask the following: how will the fee be reflected in my bank account? Who am I paying, and is the payment secure?  ??? ??? I am not expecting a reputable payment processor, but still...

I am asking this because the site itself looks dodgy, has other ads on it which makes it feel like a spam website.

Hi VS. A friend of mine is trying to set up an account with you but every time she puts in a username, she gets a message saying that it's already taken? She has tried about twenty different and bizarre names with numbers etc but your site is saying all those names are taken?

Thanks.

Thanks,

So is Saafe now an affiliate or somehow linked with Vivastreet or have they just decided to make up an email address to make it look like they are?

The email is a Vivastreet email address which they have set up so they know which enquiries are coming from this thread. It has been in their email signature since this thread was started in 2013.
